customs administration since 1991

System-Controll Kft. was established 30 years ago to perform customs administration related tasks. We have expanded our profile in 2004 with preparation of INTRASTAT declarations, later with excise duty administration and activities related to environmental product fee as well. From 2011 we have been assisting our partners to fulfil their obligations related to public health product tax and, for a few years, related to EKAER as well.

Beside our headquarters in Budapest, we have an independent office in Veszprém where two members of our staff help companies operating in the city's catchment area.

Our office has a staff of 18 members, 16 colleagues perform customs related activities among them.

System-Controll Kft. possesses all kind of customs permits, licenses, certificates and authorizations that meet all possible requirements to be able to clear the customs goods of our partners in both import and export trade within the framework of simplified customs procedures, flexibly and quickly.

The specialty of our office is that we work with well-trained and experienced professionals /employees with a degree in customs, excise and product fee administration/.

The company is managed by two lawyers with BAR examinations, both are experts of customs law, one of them is also a European Union lawyer. Thanks to this, we are able to workout successfully complex customs law constructions.
